ANNEX 1: Service Privacy Details ANNEX 2: Sub Processor Info ANNEX 3: Data Handling Agreement Privacy PolicyThis agreement ("License Agreement") is between Kids Coder, Inc., a company based in New York, and you, the Customer, as stated in the Agreement.
The License Agreement applies when you use or access our products or services. If you sign a Statement of Work, access, or use the services, you agree to these terms. You can't use the products or services without agreeing to these rules.
1. “Affiliates” refers to companies connected to either party by ownership.
2. “Authorized User” means the people allowed by the Customer to use the service.
3. “Customer” is the person or business that has agreed to this contract.
4. “Customer Data” means any information the Customer shares with us.
5. “Facility” refers to where the services are used by the Customer.
6. “Fees” refers to the payment terms agreed upon in the contract.
7. “License Agreement” refers to the entire contract, including any attachments.
8. “Partner” refers to an authorized third party that works with Kids Coder.
9. “Partner Contract” is the agreement between Kids Coder and its partners.
10. “Services” are the specific products or services described in the contract.
11. “Service Data” refers to data collected from the service, like how the service is used.
12. “Service Software” refers to the software that powers the service provided by Kids Coder.
13. “Subscription” refers to the rights you have to use the service under the terms of the agreement.
14. “Subscription Start Date” is the date when the service starts.
15. “Subscription Term” is the duration the service is available as per the agreement.
16. “Statement of Work” or “SOW” is the document that outlines the specifics of what services are provided, the costs, and other details.
This License Agreement explains how we provide the services and what each party is responsible for.
This agreement starts on the effective date and lasts as long as the services are being used, unless it ends earlier according to the terms.
4.1. License Kids Coder grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the service as described in this agreement.
4.2. Ownership Kids Coder owns all rights to the service, software, and related data, and you only have the rights to use the service as agreed. Any feedback you provide can be used freely by Kids Coder.
